Friends have asked me if I could make a meat-free version of my jerky and so,
the challenge was set...
After much trial and error, (more error then trial,)  I think that  we have come up with an excellent
vegan- friendly alternative using organic tofu.  No compromise, no beef,  just great taste.
Our Vegan Jerky is 100% full of flavour, 0% meat.
